Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why is my humidifier not producing mist after I first filled it with water?
A: This is a common first-use issue. The cotton wick inside ships dry. You must first remove it, soak it in water for at least 10 seconds, then reinstall it before filling the tank and powering on. Once the wick is properly saturated, the dual spray ports will produce mist normally.
Q: Can I use essential oils in this humidifier/diffuser?
A: Yes! This USB humidifier is designed to work as an aromatherapy diffuser. Simply add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the water tank to enjoy a fragrant, pleasant mist throughout your room.
Q: How long will the 2000ml tank last on one fill?
A: With a single fill, the humidifier can run for approximately 12 to 20 hours depending on the spray mode selected — continuous dual spray uses more water, while intermittent mode extends the run time considerably.
Q: What power sources are compatible with this USB humidifier?
A: Any standard 5V USB power source works — including laptop USB ports, USB wall adapters, power banks, and even USB car chargers. This makes it great for use at home, in the office, or during travel.
