BEGRINT Hotend Kit Hardened Steel Nozzle for Bambu Lab A1 & A1 Mini
BEGRINT Hotend Kit with Hardened Steel Nozzle for Bambu Lab A1 & A1 Mini 3D Printers
Upgrade your Bambu Lab A1 or A1 Mini 3D printer with the BEGRINT Official Hotend Kit. Featuring precision-engineered hardened steel nozzles in four sizes — 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm — this kit is built to handle a wide range of filament types and deliver consistently sharp, high-resolution prints. Made in Mainland China.
Key Features
- Magnetic Mounting System: The magnetic block on the A1 Mini hotend heating component locks the nozzle into position quickly and accurately — making swaps fast, easy, and tool-friendly.
-
Multiple Nozzle Diameters: Four sizes to match your project needs:
- 0.2mm (Stainless Steel): Maximum print resolution — ideal for fine details, small layer gaps, and delicate vertical surfaces.
- 0.4mm (Stainless Steel & Hardened Steel): The standard diameter for Bambu Lab A1 series — the perfect balance of speed and quality.
- 0.6mm (Hardened Steel): Recommended for carbon fiber and glass fiber-filled filaments — minimizes clogging risk and wear.
- 0.8mm (Hardened Steel): Best for high-flow printing and flexible or abrasive filaments.
- Wide Filament Compatibility: Supports PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PC, Nylon, and more (1.75mm diameter).
- No Assembly Required: Ready to install straight out of the box.
- Compact & Lightweight: Dimensions: 21 × 16.5 × 49.4mm | Weight: 30g
Nozzle Size Guide
0.2mm: Ideal for intricate models demanding the highest level of surface detail. Note: Do NOT use the 0.2mm nozzle with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particle-filled filaments — clogging risk is high.
0.4mm: The go-to standard for most everyday prints. Bambu PLA-CF and PETG-CF filaments have been tested and confirmed to work well with the 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle.
0.6mm: The recommended size for carbon fiber or glass fiber filaments — delivers excellent print quality with reduced wear.
0.8mm: Great for fast, high-volume prints and abrasive materials.
Safety Reminder
Before replacing the nozzle, always ensure the hotend has fully cooled down. Avoid touching the heating block at the bottom of the hotend during the swap to prevent contact with hot surfaces.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this hotend kit compatible with both the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini 3D printers?
A: Yes, the BEGRINT Hotend Kit is specifically designed for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini models. The magnetic mounting system ensures a precise and secure fit on both printers.
Q: What is the difference between the stainless steel and hardened steel nozzles included in this kit?
A: The 0.2mm nozzle is made of stainless steel and is best suited for standard filaments like PLA and PETG. The 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm nozzles are made of hardened steel, making them more durable and resistant to wear when printing abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber or glass fiber composites.
Q: Can I use this hotend kit to print carbon fiber or glass fiber filaments?
A: Yes — the hardened steel nozzles (0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm) are suitable for abrasive filaments. The 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle is particularly recommended for carbon fiber and glass fiber-filled materials to minimize clogging and nozzle wear. Avoid using the 0.2mm nozzle with these filaments.
Q: Does the hotend kit require any tools or assembly to install?
A: No assembly is required. The magnetic mounting system on the A1 Mini hotend makes installation quick and straightforward — simply align and snap the nozzle into place. Always allow the hotend to cool fully before performing any swap.
