Q: Do I need to press anything to fold the mirrors after installation?
A: No — the entire process is automatic. Once installed and connected to your central locking system, the mirrors will fold automatically when you lock the car (5 seconds after ACC is off) and unfold automatically when you unlock. In Smart Mode (without the green unlock line connected), they expand as soon as ACC is switched on.
Q: What is Smart Mode and when does it activate?
A: Smart Mode activates when the central locking unlock (green) wire is not connected during installation. In this mode, both side mirrors automatically extend whenever the ACC (accessory power) is turned on, giving you a simple, reliable auto-open function without full central locking integration.
