Key Features
- Ultra-Fast 40Gbps Speed: Supports bandwidth up to 2000MHz, ideal for online gaming, HD video streaming, heavy uploads and downloads with no lag.
- F/FTP Double Shielding: Four individually foil-shielded twisted pairs plus an outer aluminum foil layer dramatically reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, delivering faster and more stable network performance.
- Gold-Plated RJ45 Connectors: Gold-plated copper contacts minimise signal loss during data transmission for consistently reliable speeds.
- Dual Braided Construction: Premium dual-braided outer jacket tested to withstand 10,000+ bends without breakage — built for long-term, everyday use.
- Upgraded PVC Jacket: Flexible, wear-resistant PVC material resists abrasion, making the cable tough enough for demanding environments.
- PoE Supported: All lengths (except 65 ft) support Power over Ethernet, so you can power PoE cameras and devices without a separate power supply.
- Fluke Networks Certified: Independently tested and certified by Fluke Networks for verified performance and reliability.
- 26AWG Wiring: Robust 26AWG wire gauge ensures structural integrity and consistent signal quality.
Two Cable Styles for Every Situation
- Round Cable (UTP — Copper Clad Aluminium): Perfect for daily office use, internet cafés, home networking, and general routing.
- Flat Cable (STP — Pure Copper): Slim profile sits flush under carpets, along skirting boards, and through tight spaces without creating a trip hazard.
Wide Compatibility
Works seamlessly with computers, laptops, modems, routers, PS5, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, smart TVs, network adapters, and virtually any Ethernet-enabled device. Fully backward compatible with Cat7, Cat6e, Cat6, Cat5e, and Cat5 standards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between the round and flat Cat 8 Ethernet cable options?
A: The round Cat 8 cable uses UTP (copper clad aluminium) wiring and is best suited for office environments, home setups, and internet cafés where the cable runs along walls or through conduit. The flat Cat 8 cable uses STP (pure copper) wiring and is specially designed to run discreetly under carpets, along baseboards, or in tight spaces, making it ideal for clean cable management in living areas.
Q: Is this Cat 8 Ethernet cable backward compatible with older Cat standards?
A: Yes — this Cat 8 RJ45 cable is fully backward compatible with Cat7, Cat6e, Cat6, Cat5e, and Cat5 devices and networks. You can plug it into your existing router, switch, or modem regardless of the network standard it supports, and it will perform at the highest speed the connected device allows.
Q: Does this Cat 8 LAN cable support PoE (Power over Ethernet)?
A: Yes. All available lengths of this Cat 8 Ethernet cable support PoE power delivery, with the exception of the 65 ft variant. This means you can power compatible PoE devices such as IP cameras, access points, and VoIP phones directly through the cable without a separate power adaptor.
Q: Can I use this Cat 8 Ethernet cable for gaming consoles like PS4, PS5, or Xbox?
A: Absolutely. The RJ45 connector on this Cat 8 cable is compatible with PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and any other gaming device with a standard Ethernet port. The 40Gbps speed and F/FTP double shielding help ensure minimal latency and a stable connection for competitive online gaming.
