Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does the self-watering system work in this planter pot?

A: The planter uses a cotton wick rope threaded through the bottom of the inner planting basket. The rope sits in the water reservoir of the outer pot and continuously draws moisture upward into the soil, keeping your plant hydrated at a steady, natural rate without manual watering every day.

Q: What types of plants are suitable for this self-watering pot?

A: This self-watering planter is ideal for most indoor plants including flowers, succulents, herbs, ferns, and green foliage plants. It works especially well for plants that prefer consistently moist — but not waterlogged — soil conditions.

Q: How often do I need to refill the water reservoir?

A: Refill frequency depends on the plant size, ambient temperature, and humidity. Thanks to the transparent outer pot, you can easily see the water level at any time and top up only when needed — typically every few days to once a week.

Q: Is the pot suitable for outdoor use?

A: This planter is designed primarily for desktop and indoor use. While the PP resin material is weather-resistant, it is best suited for sheltered indoor or covered outdoor spaces to preserve its finish and colour over time.
