2. Apply: With dry, clean hands, remove the strip from its packaging, peel off the film, and align the center of the strip with the bridge of your nose. Press the smooth side gently onto your nose.
3. Smooth: Press lightly along the bridge outward to both sides, removing any air bubbles and ensuring full skin contact.
4. Wait: Leave on for 10–15 minutes until the strip feels dry and firm.
5. Peel: Starting from the outer edges, gently peel the strip toward the center of the nose for best results.
